Day 31 Everything Bean’re, Sasha Mullins and Mickey
I had a date with Bean’re at 9:30 this morning. I was up early as I wanted to be there on time. I wanted to film him coming in, so we arrived ten minutes early and there he was standing there waiting for us. He said..girl, where ya been, I was about ready to go for a walk looking for you. It is 10:20 what time are you on… Ha… he blames me then all of a sudden his phone changed to the same time we had…So we had a pretty good laugh, saying how hard it was to connect. All I can say is I am sure glad we did.. Bean’re is exactly how I thought he would be. Hilarious, natural, fun lovin, down to earth. He sure reminds me of my nefew Deano a bit of an older version.
Greats sport too, he let me congafy him with a pink scarf,within seconds as I knew he would. He had some good stories to tell about himself and his bike and all the poses.
Believe it or not his bike is the same as mine, a Road King Police bike… Believe it??? Oh Bean’re!! He thinks I should chop out the Road Queen a little,..lol He even humored me and sat on my bike. I asked him to let me take a pic with a little attitude, which I knew he could… How can I do attitude when ya pinked me up Flo…it don’t work. I love this!
A little while later along came Mickey, Bean’rs good friend. Thank God for that, as my bro had a dead battery on his bike. Between the two of them, they helped him get it all sorted out. Two really swell guys. So we had to hang around Broken Spoke’s for awhile, while they charged the new battery.. Not a bad place to hang for sure. It gave us more time to get to know each other. Bean’re brought out his office. Here he is. I thought it was pretty cool Bean’re would let me sit on his bike too.
He even said I could take it for a ride, but I declined. So as we were sitting there, this cute gal walks by with a big smile on her face and says Hi.. how are you? I looked at Bean’re and said I so know that gal, what is her name? Sasha Mullins… OMG!
We get the honor of seeing, meeting Sasha Mullins?? She was charming and helpful. I introduced myself and she knew who I was right away. She was working, so we never got a whole lot of time to chat, more than I ever thought I would get from a supa star, in my eyes. She was telling me about a new song released called Love Ride, for the Love Ride. It is for a benefit and will be a hit, I am sure. So….I just took a chance and said out of the blue… Sasha you want to write a Conga song??? Can you believe what her words were to me??? They were…. “I would be honored”… I am still in shock actually!! She would be honored??? OMG.. The Conga would be so honored!!! I could not believe my ears really! She even said she would add some Conga drums. This was amazing!!! She was so real!
Actually Sasha had it set up so we could take our bikes to the Broken Spoke later on in the day to raise some money. They were going to have Real TV too to give us some PR. We had spent the day at Full Throttle where we were doing good, but left to there anyway. We did go back, it didn’t work that great, so we left before she came back. I will certainly be being in touch with her, and believe you me, it was an honor to us. Thankyou Sasha and Bean’re, and Mickey for being there for the last 3 Conga Riders from Canada… We love you!
